The Pentax EPM-1000 has
been designed to be lightweight and
super small, while maintaining high resolution and superior image
quality. As a result, the space needed for this system has been
substantially minimized. A small endoscope system has now been
realized at a reasonable price.
Small and Lightweight
The EPM-1000 is small
with (W)300mm x (H)150mm x (D)400mm, and weighs only 18.7lbs. The
compact size makes it possible to minimize the space needed and the
low weight facilitates easy transportation between endoscopy rooms.
Ultra-high Resolution Images
The EPM-1000 provides
extremely high-resolution images with excellent color
reproduction. This video processor has been designed to provide
genuine color. The clear, bright image is obtained by combining the
EPM-1000 and the super small CCD chip which has been incorporated
into the Pentax slim sized endoscopes.
Lighting Selections
Brightness levels may
be established by the operator or automatically controlled by the
video processor in two ways. Average brightness mode or Peak
brightness mode. Bright-ness circuitry is automatically regulated to
eliminate virtually any image whiteout when moving from dark to
light areas and ensures the most appropriate illumination conditions
for each situation.
Easy Handling / Color
Adjustment Functions
With one-touch
operation, color is easily adjusted according to a doctor's
preference. The best white balance setting is remembered by the
processor for each endoscope so that color adjustment needs to be
done only once. |
